Welcome to my website!

I facilitate leadership and team development programs for leaders. Through training, workshops and coaching, I offer the opportunity for my clients to reflect on their development needs, choose the appropriate methods and find the necessary support to manage changes (personal, professional and organisational).

Psychology has always been my passion. I studied psychological dynamics at the individual and group level within the Faculty of Psychology and the MSc. Organizational and Occupational Health Psychology, at the West University of Timișoara. My continuous professional development includes transactional analysis and coaching, with which I support people in achieving their goals.

The advantages I offer in my work are flexibility and a co-creative approach. I base my interventions on active listening and creating a space for authentic conversations. My clients are companies and individuals from various fields (IT, production, services, education) who are looking for a partner with whom to think together solutions and to support them in achieving results.
